Programs

At Indiana State University we offer 2 nursing programs.

The first one is an L.P.N. to Bachelors in Science. This program is open to an L.P.N. or L.V.N. who holds a current practical/vocational nursing licensure. Upon completion of this program the applicant will be awarded their Bachelors of Science with a major in nursing and be eligible to take the National Council Licensing Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).

The second nursing program offered is an R.N. to Bachelors of Science. In order to be eligible for this program applicants must be a licensed R.N. This program is very popular. Having a bachelor’s degree opens many new doors for a nurse in their career. These can range from a raise or promotion all the way to a new job.
